General► Terms of Service are subject to change without notice.► I reserve the right to deny your request to commission for whatever reason.► I reserve the right to use your commission as a sample for future listings.► Please do not edit the commission after it is completed. If anything needs to be changed let me know and I will adjust it accordingly.► Please do not copy, trace, recolor, resell or claim your commission as your own artwork.► You are not allowed to tokenize or put any of my artwork on any medium that is a blockchain/relating to a blockchain, doing so will blacklist you indefinitely. Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES EVER will my commissions be minted or produced as NFTs.► You are not allowed to use my artwork in any artificial intelligence (AI) generated material, images, training databases, etc. Pick up a pencil loser.► Clients who have commissioned and/or received work prior to TOS revision are still bound to its contents.Pricing & Payment► Payment is upfront and I will begin the commission as soon as I receive the full payment.► Payment will be accepted (in USD) via PayPal or Venmo. I refuse to accept any payment via cryptocurrency.► I do NOT offer refunds. No exceptions. Once your piece has been paid for it will be locked in and completed within a reasonable timeframe. Please do not be afraid to reach out if you have any questions or concerns regarding the completion of your commission.► You will be allotted three (3) free changes per piece and any more changes will be subjected to price increase.► Complex and/or detailed character designs may be subject to price increase. If you are concerned with this, please feel free to message me to verify prior to submitting your commission form!► The prices listed are for digital art only (art will be emailed to you and posted on socials) unless stated otherwise. If you would like the art to be printed, laminated, and shipped to you, $5 will be added to your quote price. (US only)Completion & Communications► Due to my full time job / personal life / other responsibilities outside of my commissions, my workflow may seem very inconsistent. Commission completion times may vary and some commissions may take longer than others, but the maximum wait time for a completed commission is 3 months. General updates will be posted on my Trello’s Communications card and I will personally update you whenever I am actively working on your commission. It is encouraged to check my Trello to see your commission progress, but please do not be afraid to ask for any updates on your commission!► If you would like your commission to remain anonymous and / or not be displayed publicly on Trello, please let me know beforehand! (Ex. “Commission for a client on [Platform].”)► I request that communications between myself and the commissioner stay on the topic of your commission, please.Misc.► When you are submitting references, please make sure your images are UNSHADED.► Please order commissions by submitting a form and including all the details you would like for your piece. It helps me sort and organize your information easier and talking about it in DMs / Email can get lost in conversation.► If you do not hear a response about your form within 48 hours, please reach out to me so that I can!► Please make sure to thoroughly examine any work-in-progress (WIP) photos I send and give accurate feedback as soon as possible. If I receive an OK from you, I will proceed with work, and potential mistakes may be overlooked and become irreversible.► If you use your commission as an icon / repost / etc., credit me somewhere with the handle @AlpineCatster. Custom character designed by yours truly! The base price will cover at least one full body, name and a color pallet, but the actual price will vary depending on how complex the design will be. I can work with written descriptions, inspiration images, songs, etc! A good amount of my examples are custom characters I've made for others~
Reference Sheet ($250+ USD)
Not to be confused with Customs, this is if you need a reference sheet for a character design that already exists!
